I am creating this campaign for snickers chocolate bar. It
will be a celebrity endorsement in which we will hire a reputed celebrity and
will get benefit of his social status and fame. As celebrities has more
communication skills that attract people’s attention. Moreover, once celebrity
promotes a product people remember that product and try to purchase it.

For this target audience is global there is no particular age
group selected for this as snickers is product that can be consumed by people
of any age.

The main objective of this campaign is to lure wide range of
customers towards snickers. Moreover, we will create small video ad for this
and upload it on YouTube. So, another goal is to have good views to it as if
people watch it only then come to know about it and try to purchase the same
product.

We are planning to launch this new marketing campaign during
Christmas eve and the reason for this is that most of the people are free from
work during this time and will be more active on their social sites. Moreover,
it is an occasion and people prefer to give chocolate as a gift to their close
ones. So, this is the best time to launch this campaign and draw people’s
attention.

This campaign will be promoted on YouTube as small video ad
of celebrity using the product will be posted on YouTube it will also be
broadcasted on Tv channels. Moreover, sponsoring the events and games will draw
more consumer attraction as when they see the posters and banners of celebrity
with product.
