Twitter is the world second most used social media website after Facebook. Everyone is using twitter as the source of sharing the information or the feelings publicly by tweeting the things in different ways such as in images and videos etc. many business use twitter as source of promotion. They normally tweet about the products on twitter.
· Firstly, if we talk about the Cadbury 5 star they often use twitter as to promote their new product, so that the customers would attract towards them. The tweets of Cadbury 5 star mostly includes the promotion of their new products in which the features and uniqueness of the product is being described.
· They also follow the 50/50 rule which means that they achieve their 50 percent target by promoting the product and the rest by selling the products. Their tweets mostly includes the advertisements of the new products and the new offers that they provide on the purchasing of the products such as the discount schemes etc.
They do not tweet regularly but in one time in every month. There are many tweets which are liked and retweeted by the followers but their best tweet is a video which is tweeted 2 months ago and which got 113 views which are most as compare to the other tweets their main tag line is ‘’whoever eats gets lost’’ which is also hashtag for their tweets.- On the other hand Cadbury dairy milk, they also use twitter as the source of promoting their products online as well as publicly. Their brand value is also very high. Moreover they tweet every month about the new products and offers.
